To create these animations I created several different timelines so that I could create key-frames for the different components of each animation. The example video seen below had only one object that needed to be animated and that was the 'Cine Camera component'. This was animated so that the camera could move through the scene and capture a video from different perspectives.
This video that I captured displays how I created these animations using the Unreal Engine timeline. I could create key-frames that tracked information about the objects within the scene, I could also use the timeline to trigger different character animations.
This is the result of the animation work seen above, once I press the render button I am able to produce results like this within a pretty short period of time as Unreal Engine has a very efficient render process.
I continued this method with the rest of my scenes following a similar work flow to as if I was filming in real life, the only difference was that this environment and filming area was digital.
